Cappadocia hot air balloon flights are operated only when weather conditions meet strict safety limits set by the Turkish Civil Aviation Authority. If conditions are not safe for takeoff, flights are automatically grounded without exception.

When a cancellation occurs, your booking is not lost. You will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to move your flight to the next available suitable morning, depending on operational capacity.

Because cancellations are purely weather based and safety driven, many guests still experience their flight by staying flexible during their visit. For the highest success rate, we recommend planning at least 2–3 nights in Cappadocia to maximize your chances of flying and to avoid missing the experience due to changing wind conditions.
